I ride with a bike group and a lot of the members use these to give them fuel when they are tanking. I like to keep on in my mouth until it disolves a bit, savor the flavor and then I chew it up and swallow. Love the flavor of these. Sometimes I just eat on or two on a bike ride and the rest are always still good for my next ride. Reminds me of blocks of jello, great flavor and they do help with energy boost.

Love these chews - flavor is excellent and the added caffeine helps to avoid caffeine deprivation headaches. The packaging is key here too - allows easy one handed access while cycling (compare to other chews that are in a small bag vs. this tube design).

Great fruity taste and good for training. Already in bit size bloks so you can just pop one in at a time while continuing to push for the finish line.

I've tried almost all of the Shot Bloks flavors and Tropical Punch is my favorite. The caffeine gives an extra boost that is always appreciated and the fruity flavor is refreshing during long runs.

Love these cliff shots, use them at least half the time I work out and especially for morning runs. They are yummy and easy to digest, no issues with continuing to work out after eating one with some water. Use these for early morning workouts because I wake up hungry but like to run first thing, take 2-3 depending upon the distance. I also take these to the gym with me to eat mid-workout if I am going for a longer session and a in between meals. Love them!!

The tape holding the box closed was cut. The package came with only 17. I counted twice to make sure. But at almost $2 each, one missing makes a difference.

They're like expensive gummy bears, but don't taste as good.

I failed to meet my goal time ni a half marathon and I totally blame these Shot Bloks. I know that isn't rational.Also they really dont taste that good lol. But I will finish the box. hahaha
