"Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue, and a Sixpence for her Shoe." We have had a number of request for an anklet featuring our sixpence coins. These are great for beach weddings and they make wonderful bridesmaid gifts. These sixpences are all authentic coins from England dated from 1953-1967. Your sixpence anklet will come in an attractive gift box, and includes an explanation of the history of the sixpence and its use in wedding ceremonies. The anklet and clasp is sterling silver with a length of 9 inches and a strong lobster clasp.

Updated review!!
UPDATED REVIEW: After I could not find another similar item, I decided to clean the anklet with silver polish and it did clean up as 925 sterling silver product would. I believe that if the product was shipped with a sterling silver packaging square it would have prevented the tarnishing which made this anklet appear to not be sterling.

Worth the money
I'm overweight, but my ankles have stayed on the slimmer side. The chain would have been a little tight if I hadn't used an extra clasp on it. By using the extra clasp, the anklet fit perfectly loose and on my ankle for the 5 hours I was on my feet during my wedding. I'm excited to pass this down someday!

Not cute, too pricey!
Not sure if it’s actually silver, but it’s very dark, parts are black colored. I’m scared to clean it in case it isn’t actually silver. I’m bummed. It’s so costly, yet feels so cheap and not shiny. I’m returning it. Not cute.
