QUIK LOK MS-326 Clamp Beverage Holder

This beverage holder took the place of a small tray that was for similar purposes before the threaded hole needed to tighten the tray to the music stand pole/rod stripped and could no longer be used. This beverage holder has an industrial strength design and build and should last a long time based on my first few users of it during rehearsals. It's sturdy, looks great, and holds my water bottle securely while maintaining stability. If you're a musician that needs to bring your stand to the party, and want to have your beverage in an easy to reach place during the rehearsal or gig, then this little inexpensive item is highly recommended.

Let's get the one bad part out of the way. Please STOP putting the CA cancer proposition sticker on the coaster portion. Put it on the box or the underside of the product. I bought 2 of these and the sticker came off mess free on one but the other is a sticky mess. Nobody wants a sticky mess of glue to dig at with their fingernail.The good: I'm not deducting any stars because the product is really good. I bought mine to connect to treestands while deer hunting. It may be hard to tell but the bottom of the holder is actually a silent coaster insert rather than solid metal. It's important when hunting to minimize noise so I wrapped the exposed metal parts in black sports tape. Very sturdy product and I'm very happy with it. Hunters, you must have a verticle bar to connect this to. Horizontal isn't going to work without rigging something verticle onto it first. I do wish the mounting bracket had more versatility for the directional mounting ability.

Ever since I got this, it’s been easier for me to do my gigs since my water is right there, so I don’t have wait for my set to be over to take a drink! 15/10! I swear it’s a huge lifesaver!

This product is a must for anyone doing live gigs... it fits right on your Mic stand and holds your beverage rock solid... it's a must have for me...

This is a decent beverage holder but has several issues keeping it from being a 5-star product. The base is flat which means condensation can drip onto anything located below it. The fastening mechanism leaves much to be desired. The plastic piece at the end that makes contact with the vertical pole is fixed and flat. It should have a notch and be free to pivot and rotate. This would give it a more positive lock and also reduce the chance of marring the pole it's being attached to. I would've gladly paid a few dollars more for the far superior holder from K&M (B000NV0A5Q) who makes the best gear in the industry except for one thing. The K&M will only fit on a 23mm or smaller diameter pole whereas the Quik-Lok will accommodate a 30mm pole. For most, this is not an issue as the K&M will fit on most mic stands. However, I've attached mine to a Metro Rack pole which is 1". Finally, the threaded portion is longer than it need be. I'd also mention the difference in customer service. When I've had a question or issue with K&M products, I've had no problem contacting them. As for Quik-Lok, I've made dozens of attempts over the last few years to contact them, either with an issue or pre-sales question. They've never responded.

I used to use those coil types and they would only wiggle onto the skinny part of a microphone stand and the container size is limited. This one will attach to just about anything. When I used it first, I clamped it onto the leg of the tent we were playing under. Also usable with almost any sized beverage container. Can’t believe they can sell it for the price they do. I bought two, one for me and one for a band mate.

I bought this several weeks ago. I am a semi professional musician who plays 2-4 times per week. This cup holder has been an excellent addition to my rig. I play a ton of patio shows at bar and grills and having a cold drink at my reach is such a relief. I would by it again no question. It’s sturdy steel construction should last for years.

Strongly made....fits tight on my music stand. Holds a drink in a cozy. Perfect.
