Packs away slim. Lightweight. Functional and durable.
I love this backpack so far. I've used it on several vacations and local hikes, and it is just the right size for a daybag, to carry some water, snacks, jacket, sunglasses, and essentials, and barely notice it's there. I got the black one, so its stylish and unassuming enough to carry around a city in nicer clothes, but still works well on the trail. The pockets have held up well so far - still elastic and hold my water bottle. I've put a water bladder in the bag too. The top pocket is really convenient for keeping a few quick-access items readily available (sunglasses, ear buds, chap stick, gum, cough drops, etc). The larger area can fit a hoodie or packable down jacket.Unpacked, it's quite thin. I can easily fit it in a carry-on or checked bag on top of my other belongings. It's come with me this way on nearly every trip since I've gotten it - not as my personal item or carry on - but stuffed in some other luggage. I think it'd even fit in my Patagonia Black Hole MLC if I was really packing light. The back is well-ventilated - though I've never met a backpack that won't collect some shirt sweat on a hot hike, it is better than many. I appreciate that it has a bit of rigidity to it to keep its shape - looks a better than something floppy.Weight feels distributed well. I really appreciate the sternum strap, as it takes a lot of strain off of my shoulders to stabilize the bag - especially when hiking uneven terrain.

Good Fit for a Shorter Person
This will be my "go-to" hiking bag. I don't do long backpacking hikes, just day-hikes anywhere from 2 to 5 miles. It is perfect to hold what I need for the day: fleece, rain poncho, water, snacks, binoculars. There are 2 most important things that made me choose this bag: 1. It's about the smallest quality bag I found that still does shift the weight to the hips because it has a hip belt. 2. I am 4'10" and with a shorter neck. This bag (compared even to another Osprey bag) does not knock me in the head--the top of it sits a little shorter on my back. I'm very happy.

Dug Into My Tailbone :(
I pulled this out and was immediately impressed with the quality and how light it was. It hold more than I expected. It was super comfortable and the mesh would be great for summer. I packed it up and wore it around the house for about 10 minutes before I noticed the bottom of the frame sits right exactly at my tailbone. There was no adjustment that would make it feel better. So sadly this pack has to go back. :(For reference, I’m female, 5’5”, and my torso length as measured by a Gregory diagram and instructions, is about 19”.

Quality
This backpack is great for day hiking or walking into town for a fest. The craftsmanship and quality of materials is top notch. When you load it up correctly, the weight balance is distributed in a way that relieves pressure from the top of the shoulders. The chest strap has a built-in emergency whistle, but it's not extremely loud, which may not matter since this pack isn't designed for deep expeditions in super remote wilderness. That said, 20L sounds like a lot, but once you start packing clothes, first aid, food, water--you run out of space quick. It would have been nice to have more straps to hook things to. The camelback water reservoir accommodation works well, though for short hikes I prefer just a 48 oz nalgene bottle, which fits perfectly in the mesh side pouch.Overall great product, recommended for short trips anywhere.

Nice daypack supported by great warranty
We have only had this pack a short time but so far very impressed. The shoulder straps and back have ventilation systems which will be much better in heat. Holds a 2.5 liter hydro pack bladder. Due to small size the hose needs to be shortened to work comfortably. Note that this pack is small at 20 liters but can hold a rain suit and jacket with room for snacks and personal items.

15L
Smaller than expected but thats my fault. Good 15L pack. Maybe for electronics for traveling. Im using it as a gym pack and its a hair small

Kind of awkward fit
Great quality bag but the shape is very awkward, particularly if you carry water bottles on each side. There is plenty of room inside, but you have to force it around the bottles. I didn’t find it as functional to use as my other Osprey hiking bag, and I also found the 20L version of this bag fits and functions more naturally.
