Excellent low salt bread
I am on an extremely low salt diet. Breads are always a challenge. Mist breads lower in salt are because tey are a slim sliver of flimsy bread. This bread is very low salt, but a hearty bread. That toasts well and hikds up to zpB and J, etc.

Tasty and Healthful
Generally I don’t eat more than one slice of bread per day, since I’m on a low sodium diet, so my slice has to count. The flavor of this bread is good and I really like the facts that it’s organic, made of sprouted whole grains and whole wheat, so it adds needed fiber to my diet. Only downside for me is requirement to get two loaves at once - have to occupy scarce freezer space for one loaf. Nevertheless, this is now my choice for bread. Very nice with scrambled (pastured) eggs or apple butter.
