I am not a chemist, so I can't verify these contain the vitamins they claim; I can tell you what they taste and look/feel like, however. Taste, not bad actually. It is the texture that first threw me off. These are not 'gummy' or chewy like most. These are soft and squishy, I'd even throw the word 'tender' in there to describe it!! Which was really weird the first few times we tried these. Once you are expecting that, the taste is quite good. My daughter likes them, I like them! They seem to be a good value compared to 'name brand' vitamins.
