I just started taking these capsules on a recommendation from my daughter who has RA. I upped the dosage to 3 capsules in morning, 3 capsules at night per her nutritionist. Before I started these, my fingers were hurting from arthritis badly. Wow! After this short of time, my fingers do not hurt. I can really tell a difference. Great product!!

My husband and I both love these, they give you the energy and focus you need without any jitters or crashing after. We normally use the peak power drops but we decided to switch it up for a while. I love all of herbalogics products, they never disappoint.
