Working as advertised
My initial concern over this one and one of the other two 500 w ups lithium batteries from China on amazon at the time of this review has thusfar been quelled. I read the only review and it was imho from the manufacturer or someone at least from someone without mastery of the English language. However, I did purchase this unit with that concern as it was cheaper than the competitors. I have had it for a week running as a ups for my pc which has a 500 w power supply. The light and the on off switches work. I do not have a voltmeter or any other electrical gear to speak more to the technical aspects. However, I left the pc on and shut down the surge protector that this is plugged into. The computer did remain up and running which is all I want. I just want the time to finish what I am doing and safely power down. It is much lighter than the lead acid ups i had. And, if all specs being equal a lithium battery should have a longer decay time. I have not needed customer support. So, I cannot speak to it. Hope this helps others feel a little better about purchasing it.

Great for backing up Internet modem, phone, and Wi-Fi, but AC output generates EMI across the AM and HF bands
This unit is wonderful for backing up Internet modem, phone, and Wi-Fi, but the AC output generates EMI across the AM and HF bands. Now that we have Internet and voice over fiber at our house, there are several boxes that quit if AC power is lost, just what you do not want to happen in an emergency.I plugged an AT&T Internet modem and an Apple AirPort Extreme Wi-Fi base station into the 12V power ports, and a VoIP box into a 5V USB power port, and everything works through an AC power failure (simulated by unplugging the power cord). Our cordless phone takes 9V power, so I plugged its power adapter into the sine wave AC ports on the rear. Also good. But when the AC power is turned on (vs. incoming AC power) via the switch on the rear of the unit, it generates electromagnetic interference (EMI) across the AM broadcast band and the HF amateur radio bands. I have two of these units, and they both do this. Sigh. I do not think the unit would pass FCC Class B testing for residential use.So overall, a great concept, but the unit needs filtering and shielding to prevent EMI. I would have given 5 stars instead of 3 stars but for the EMI.

Significantly less than 346WH - BEWARE!
I do craft shows, and need something to run two 12W lights. (2*12=24W) Based on calculations at 346WH, they should run for 14 hours. (346/24=14.416) Even if assuming 6W draw just for using the battery, so figuring 30W (24+6=30), they should run for at least 11 hours. (346/30=11.533)I fully charged the battery, and ran a test, leaving both lights plugged in until the device was completely drained. It ran for 9 hours, 42 minutes. If you use the 24W figure, that means it only has 226WH capacity. If you use the 30W figure, it means it has 282WH capacity. For the 346WH figure to be valid, it would have to be drawing 12W per hour just to have something plugged into it, which is extreme.I’ve contacted the seller with my issue, got a response they would check and get back to me. Five days later, and they haven’t gotten back to me. Based on actual WH, this unit is $100 over-priced; they sell a 200WH unit for $189.00It is lightweight, and charges quickly, but since it is so far below the printed capacity, it’s just not worth the money. And why the plugs are sideways, rather than upright, is one of the eternal mysteries of the universe. (It is as pictured, but whhhyyyyyy?)

Should go higher capacity if you can afford
Good value. Will probably get the larger capacity unit next order. Built well. Lots of power options. No heat issues.

Product failed, company never responds to inquiry
Worked for about a year. Used infrequently to power a laptop while disconnected from the grid. Then it stopped working, messaged the company for warrany/repair and never heard back from them.

A FANTASTIC PRODUCT
Absolutely awesome!!! I got this for when I am boondocking in the RV.My expectations were that I could watch TV or videos for 3 or 4 hours, or run the lap top and an electric blanket for a few hours. It has met those expectations and more!!It is small, sturdy and makes NO noise. I don't have to carry gas cans or deal with fumes. It will run the TV alone for 6 hours, the TV and DVD for 5 hours and it runs the laptop and electric blanket for 4.5 hours. It charges back to 100% at the wall socket in 6 hours. For what I wanted it to do, it is EXCEPTIONAL.
