Poor Craftsmanship, Gap Edge and Dirty Mat
Received the frame and first thing I noticed is that there was a gap where two pieces met. Flipping it over I found that it was attached that way which mean that there was not quality check to insure edges were flush before tacking. Then I noticed dust and dirt where the mat was and after trying to wipe away, I realized that the dust and dirt were inside between the mat and the glass which means that it was clearly put together in a dirty environment to begin with. Would not recommend this manufacturer or seller at all.***UPDATE***Three new "stars" have been added to my review for the following reasons:1 Star - They sent out a replacement the same day I notified them of the issue.1 Star - The replacement was built properly and the mat was clean.1 Star - Even though it is still not a high end frame, it is still wood, paper mat and glass which is impressive for the price.
