Malfunctioning product
Great straightener except I've had to have mine replaced 3 times because of a short circuit. The straightener will cut off when the swivel component of the straightener twists...meaning every time you go to straighten your hair it turns off. It is a great straightener when it works but not worth the money considering it only works for 6 months.
