Reading Monocle: Gloss Tortoise Frame, 37 mm Diameter, 2.0 Diopter Lens

My husband uses a monocle every night for reading in bed. He found the Tortoise frame very comfortable, more so than the previously used metal fames.

I wear this around my neck and take it out just for the occasional label, etc. reading. Perfect for that purpose. Not sure about holding it in my eye socket ... I don't do that. Well made, quick delivery time, exactly what I ordered. Highly recommended.

The lens is good quality and does not fall off on the sides. But the size is much smaller than it appears on line. It is not worth $60. It should be an inch wider. I get it's supposed to fit in your eye socket, but who beyond Sherlock Holmes does that anymore? Crazy. Still it works well... should be $25 though

...but it was too small for my face. I have a big head.
