Works like a charm but I didn't measure my clearance. Because of where this track has to sit, it pushed my door out and an angle and left a huge gap. Not something you want on a bathroom door! Even adjusted all the way to he back, it's pretty thick. I have old, hardwood trim and, sadly, I ended up cutting out a 3/4" deep notch to recess the track far enough so that there was the smallest gap between the door and wall. Slides like butter!

Easy to install, a little noisy versus the bottom blade guide, but much stronger. Great value

Rollers move OK, but nothing to write home about. The rollers spin on bolts that screw into hex nuts that fit on the backside of the metal bracket. It's a very fine line between tightening the bolt into the nut enough that it won't come loose and leaving it loose enough that the rollers will actually move. Over tighten and the rollers don't move at all. I just installed them and tightened just enough that the rollers move but time will tell if they loosen from use and defeat there purpose by falling out onto the floor.

Heavy and just right for wall not floor.

Good product for the money. Rollers are a little loud but not terrible.

So im a finish carpenter by trade and I hang alote of barn doors and even made my own .this hardware seems very sturdy and simple to install. There were two issues I ran into .probably my fault for not reading the description well enough. The guide will not adjust close enough to my wall to have my door plumb and or level . Second issues I'm not to happy about is the fact the bracket sticks out past my door around 2" . All in all good product but seems to be very universal or made for larger doors

Es muy funcional porque trae valeros ajustables que no rayan la puerta cuando corre entre estos. Por el contrario le ayuda a deslizarse mejor. Le doy un 10
