It as so easy to apply .I tried a roller and and a sprayer, both work great for a space 30feet wide and 30 feet long. easy clean up.

Cheap sealer not silicon
This product is falsely advertised as silicone; it's merely a cheap sealer. I do not recommend it as it is only worth 1/5 of the price.
