Just received it so haven't tested it yet. Im sure it'll work as advertised. But here are the reasons I chose this model over the rest.1. Power button is nicely placed at thumb reach. The rest of buttons are lower as to be out of the way of your fingers while flossing. Though still in the way of your lower fingers...but all the other brands have buttons higher up in your fingers way. Would prefer it on bottom or anywhere out of fingers way so as not to cause accidental push of buttons.2. It has a charging base. Power plugs to the base and NOT the flosser like other models.Not sure if some of the other models have a charging base because if they do..they surely did not point that out or show any pictures. Most had charging cable input on the flosser. Not very convenient since you'll have to unplug to use if it is plugged in and plug to charge.

This is my 3rd one. They wear out fast and don't spray very well. The charging is very week. As soon as this one quits I'm going for one that plugs in. I'm done with the re-chargeable version. Plus one leaked because the o-ring in the little door with terrible. Just low quality and iffy technology.

==== 1/17 update ====After the reciew below, They sent a brand new replacement quickly, and received it on 1/14.I am very satisfied with their customer care service.Now I need to see how much it will last with the stable performance.Will keep posted, but I will give 5stars first.Bought July 29, 2017After 3months, the water pressures was dropped so much. So try to fully discharge, and to charge it again, but the performance was same.On Jan 1st, 2018, it stopped working. Even discharge/charge, this does not work at all.Bad product performance & life time endurance.

Used it about 15 times and no longer functions correctly. The lights and buttons work but only makes a small blink and beep in place of water action. Before it stopped I would have given it 3 stars. For teeth it worked well. I was most interested in having the nasal option. There was no instructions informing TAP water should never be used in a the nasal cavity. Even on soft with the nasal attachment this spray is way to hard to spray into nose. The directions say not to put it in nose. Stick with a name brand like water pik or oral-b (Braun).

Ok...becomes sluggish after a few uses...wish charge held longer...

used for 6 mos. placed in box, took out after one year doesnt work

My first one stopped working but it was within the return period so they sent me another one that has been working for months with no problems. However, once this one conks out I think I'll go for a more expensive but hopefully better quality one.
