There are a lot of grammatical mistakes and it just seems like there wasn't editor before this went to press
This book, although it has a lot of scorelines and events correct, is really poorly written. There are a lot of grammatical mistakes and it just seems like there wasn't editor before this went to press. There also aren't a lot of direct quotes, if any. The book couls have been so much better if there had been some quotes from Fergie or the players and a lot less guessing how they felt.

Written like a school project
I started reading this under the impression that it would follow on from the other United books that I had read, especially 'Que Sera Sera' by Wayne Barton. I could not have been more wrong. The first 4 years of Fergusons reign are quickly done in a few pages. The rest of the book followed along the same way with as little detail as possible. There were no photos, statistics or appendices and the whole book reads like a school essay. He should stick to watching football instead of writing about it, as this is nowhere near as exciting as the rollercoaster he refers to! Don't waste your money.

... a few spelling and punctuation errors which can be annoying to nitpickers like myself
Excellently researched and comprehensive although if the Author paid to have it proof read he should ask for his money back as there are quite a few spelling and punctuation errors which can be annoying to nitpickers like myself.
