Excellent product, until it broke! No Support from the manufacturer
We purchased this knife about 18 months ago. While cutting some medium cheddar, the handle snapped! Not a "compound fracture" but the knife is now unusable. I attempted to contact Sanelli on their website, got no response - it has been a week now. Would like to get this replaced!

Wow che spettacolo, pacco di amazon solitamente perfetto onde evitare accidentali rotture durante il trasporto, spedizione veloce e che dire del coltello?Misura perfetta per pelare tagliare verdure e altri lavoretti di finitura, taglia uno spettacolo pure pomodori e/o carni anche se ha lama liscia e super affilata.Ve lo consiglio anche perche ha il manico in materiale particolare attuo a rimanere "disinfettato" ogni lavaggio che viene eseguitoConsigliatissimo ma occhio perche taglia veramente tanto e a prime prove rimane col filo abche a lungo e non come gli altri coltelli "da poco".
