Nice Back Stretcher!
Teeter P2 spells relief. I have issues with my back and while I use their inversion table, this P2 Stretcher will come in handy to use at the office. This is a simple yet effective product to use. You can use this on a chair, sofa, floor, car to name a few. If you have very long arms, I can see how it may feel awkward to use. See my video for my detailed review and demo

What a fantastic (and small) investment that REALLY WORKS!
Love it! Suffered a severe MVA and required multiple surgeries including a neck fusion with titanium cage. I used to have a Teeter Handguns inversion table which I absolutely loved, but under doctor's orders can no longer do any kind of inversion (including yoga head stands, etc.). In fact, even lying flat on my bed with my head hanging off the side makes my legs go numb from the knees down. It's a real bummer since inversion therapy was so relaxing and therapeutic.I discovered this Teeter Back Stretcher while researching info on a similar item. I stumbled across it, and knowing the quality of Teeter products, reading the reviews and description of the product, decided to give it a try. I have intractable chronic pain in my neck as well as lower lumbar back directly due to injuries sustained in the car accident, and thought this might be worth the small investment.I'm SO glad I did! The Teeter Back Stretcher really does give a good, pain-free stretch to much needed areas in the lumbar spine, lower back and hip/glute/oblique areas that even yoga & Pilates couldn't reach (I say this as someone trained and certified in advanced levels of both disciplines). After the accident, I was required to modify any physical activity according to what my body can tolerate.Typical of Teeter products,, the machine is well-constructed, sturdy and looks/feels high quality, while the price is extremely reasonable. It also does exactly what the company says it will do. They don't promise miraculous results, just relief if the equipment is used faithfully and according to instructions. I have found that to be an accurate representation and highly recommend this item and vendor to anyone! (Check with your medical provider first before embarking on any health regimen, particularly if you, like myself, have a pre-existing injury.).

A Back Saver!
Written Oct 2017:After years of back pain, I have relief! I was skeptical that this would help my lower back pain. But the price (<$40) was too good to not try it. I have an expensive inversion table in the back of my garage that I rarely use. After five days of consistently using this stretcher in the morning and night, I can feel and see the difference. Each stretching session is less than a minute. My posture is better too.Updated: January 2018:The Teeter P2 Back Stretcher is a simple and affordable solution to back pain. I've been using it for months. Since my original review, I've bought two more back stretchers for family members.

RELIEF!!! IT WORKED
I have an OLD back with degenerated discs I believe L4 and L5 ( I found All this out about 40 years ago and back then after intensive chiropractic treatment I was fine.... knowing that as I aged I would not be.... well after getting this Teeter P@ and using it just once....I "heard" an adjustment and while my back still has some stiffness (Well I am OLD) the pain is gone and I can once again bend and get out of bed normally! I do not have an inversion table as I just do not believe I could handle being upside down...aside from the cost and size! I am THRILLED with this TEETER P2!!!!

Does Not Work | Just lay on the floor and stretch for a better result
Total and complete snake oil. It simply does not work at all. The supposedly best position has you on the floor with your feet up on a chair. You push the handles which then push the pads against your upper thigh. Guess what. NOTHING HAPPENS. You can get the same and even a better result by simply pulling your thighs toward you now that your feet are up on the chair and you are lying on the floor and stretching...or buy a book on stretching and focus on your lower back. For sure this will have no effect at all on any other section of your back even if it did work at all which it does not. Just a total and complete waste of money.
