SPAETZLE Egg Noodles by Hungarian Homemade Noodles-3 packages

After reading the reviews I was excited to receive these spaetzle. My husband is Hungarian and loves Hungarian food. Until now, I’ve just used egg noodles with my Paprikash & goulash but decided to be more faithful to tradition. They did not soften. I followed the instructions as to water, amount, salt, time, etc. They were hard at the suggested time. So, I continued to come - some softened but most were not soft at twice the time. No flavor and not good palate feel. I’ll use what I bought but unless they improve (with more practice on my part) i will not buy again. I really wanted these to work.

We couldn't find these in any store around our area, so when we saw them we were elated. My Mother used to make these.

Great taste and texture. If you don't have time to make homemade this is a great alternative.

just like Grandmas... shipping is high though

I wish these would come in 16 oz. packages instead of 12 oz.

These noodles are extremely hard to find in the store. Ordering online makes purchasing the noodles easier.
