Lamp problem
UV-C lamp did not work. Had to send it back. I liked the battery tester and the heater worked. I’ll probably try and order another.

very easy to use
very easy to use, had a few questions and they were answered very quickly, does not get too hot, but the aids appear to be drying okay and I was informed the uv-c light only needs to be on for 20 minutes to do it's job.
