San Diego Hat Company offers lovely hats that are well sized, mighty good looking, and outstanding quality and workmanship! I always look to San Diego Hat first and hope to find a selection of wide brim sun hats with chin straps. This hat has a classy leather chin strap that can adjusted easily. The cocoa color is gorgeous, a mix of khaki, black, and warm brown shade! Just a beautiful garden and all purpose hat!

The hat is well made and pretty good looking. I took a chance on this knowing that my head is larger than normal and the hat is a little small for me. I'm just wearing it to water outdoor plants, so not a huge deal.

Good sun protection. Wide brim but not too wide that it gets floppy in your face. Drawstring helps keep it on your head on a windy day at the beach.

It is tightly woven, so if you get tangled in lemon trees as you prune, it won't won't get caught in the thorns.Fit: the fit is perfect for an average woman 5'4-5'8". It is wide brimmed, and covers the majority of the forehead.Style: While the style is noted as "unisex" my husband thinks this hat looks more feminine than masculine. You could probably wear this to an outdoor concert.Final thoughts: I love this hat. I plan to order from San Diego Hat Company in the future, for my own family and gifts for others.

The hat fit my head perfectly but I have a slightly small head. My husband tried on the hat and it was too small for him and would not go on all the way. It probably will fit average to small woman size or men’s small size head. I love this hat though and wear it outside to garden. I’ve touched and pulled on the brown hat with dirty gloves and it does not hold dirt...always looks clean.

I love this hat! It’s fits perfectly, and very well made, and love the color! I will be wearing this hat the next time I visit my son’s in San Diego. It is a perfect beach hat!
