After 24 hrs, the foam has still not expanded evenly or fully enough to fill the covering. This means the cover is too loose for the dogs to feel safe, as it slips and the steps are lower on one side. The foam is also not firm enough and the steps bounce as a result. Both dogs dislike these steps and are very reluctant to use them, especially descending them. The item photograph appeared to show a cover of thick material which is not the case. It is flimsy and slippery and has snagged already from the dogs trying to grip with their claws. These steps would be expensive at half the price.Now that the steps are not vacuum packed, this will be a very large parcel to return. Very disappointed.

Thes foam does eventually expand out.The foam however is too soft and when weight is put on the step, the step sinks and isn't stable enough for the dog to jump from 1 step to next, especially the top step to say the bed as the structure isn't solid enough.Manoeuvrability good ,NOT sturdy enough at all.I would return but I cannot repackage that to send back and no option for them to collect, plus once steps have expanded, cant get them smallerStuck with a pair of shaky steps that the dogs are nervous to stand on For reference I have a 15yr old maltese/yorkie/mini schnauzer who weights 5kgAnd a Maltese/jack Russell who weighs 6.8kg

I received the 5 step version of this product. It was crushed beyond belief into a small bag - I’m assuming it’s anticipated that the foam will regain its shape? It did not. The ‘stairs’ are therefore wonky, unstable and frankly look ridiculous. My little dog wobbled and sank into the foam when I tested to see if they’d work anyway. I paid £59.99 for a large chuck of unsightly foam with a creased and loose cover over it. Returns policy is impossible to navigate (I had to appeal to Amazon) and I’m expected to pay for return of product - adds insult to injury.

It's not worth £69.99 or half that. The video for the product what I expected it's just a bit of soft foam. It's not strong enough

These are the perfect height and fit. We use them for our little frenchie to get up onto our bed and sofa. We now have two as they have been so brilliant. Really helpful especially, when he was a puppy too and jumping up and down can be dangerous. I was nevrous buying these, not sure I would get what was expected and they came quite flat and vacuum packed but they are spot on and exactly as per the images.

Compre este escalera para un perro de tamaño mediano que tiene problemas para subirse al sofá. Como no indica un pero máximo para la mascota, pensé que era apto para un perro de tamaño mediana. Pues no. El material es de espuma, por lo que se hunde completamente por el peso. Venían en una caja pequeña y al abrirla, era obvio que habían sido empaqueta al vacío. No había manera de meter la escalera de nuevo en la caja 🫣. Precio/calidad demasiado caro, hay mejores opciones por mejores precios.

Unser Hund wiegt ca. 5 kg, der Schaumstoff sollte für dieses Gewicht langen, leider ist er auch nach 48 Std, bei Zimmertemperatur, nicht ganz in die ursprungsform gegangen. Wir haben alles nach Anleitung gemacht. Wir werden den Artikel zurücksenden, da wir so dieses Produkt nicht nutzen können. Da wir den Artikel nun zuhause haben, ist dafür der Preis sehr hoch angesetzt. Wir haben uns mehr darunter vorgestellt, und werden ihn zurücksenden.
