Everything arrived in good shape, assembly went good with only a few problems (see below), and I only have a couple of complaints about the comfort.Shipping: Bought this with Prime and Amazon shipped it Overnight FedEx from California. Nothing was damaged, but the top of the box looked like the tape keeping it closed could use some love.Assembly: The illustrations on the instructions were good enough but the part list and numbers must have been of a previous model. (See photo) The numbers don't line up with the correct bolt/washer, and there is actually 3 different bolts. There are 4 long medium sized ones for attaching the control bracket to the seat, 3 small ones for attaching the headrest and hanger (which is optional so yay), 3 large ones for attaching the back onto the control bracket, and 6 medium ones for attaching the arms (I received an extra 1 of these, better to have extra than not enough). Everything went together pretty well, but I recommend putting the arms on before the control bracket as the seat controls can get in the way of the allen wrench. Lastly, the headrest screw was very tight fitting in and squeaked each time I turned it.Comfort: For the price it's a pretty good chair. I would have given it 5 stars if the back could go up just a little bit, or was a little higher. I'm about 6'2" and the bottom of the headrest slightly pushes down on my shoulders. (I'm use to this as being tall seems to mean you're not allowed to be comfortable in a chair with a headrest. Unless you want to spent way more money) Lastly, the lumbar support is a hard piece of plastic. I ended up putting a small towel between it and the mesh. On a final note, I like the wheels, they roll quite well.

Comfortable and easy to assemble.Great Chair. My Husband loves this chair. I am going to get one also!I got one also and love it. The back tilts back when you pull out the tilt lock and then push it back in to lock. The seat slides forward and back. The arms are adjustable. My husband put it together in a snap.

The directions are some of the worst I've ever seen. You're given a ziplocked bag with all the bolts and washers however they aren't labeled and all are different sizes. If you have common sense though you should be able to figure out how to put this chair together. Now that's it been built I have a couple of complaints, it claims that the back is "high back" however for someone that's 6"5 it definitely isn't and my shoulders blades sit about mid head rest. The cushion is extremely firm but it does provide a nice amount of support, the back is rather uncomfortable but also offers a decent amount of support. All in if you're looking for something you can sink into this chair isn't for you and you're over 6ft, this chair is not for you.

Seemed nice at first. Chair has broke in three places with very minimal use. The cost of this is not worth this cheap product. Three months later and i have to buy a new chair....

Its a great chair and comfortable. But it just misleading because I needed something with a high back for a tall person 6'2 or taller. This is an average height chair for an average height person. Not a TALL person. So I could have bought a chair in any retail store for the same height I got in this one.. Very misleading. Instructions are lacking as well.

First of all, I weigh 325lbs. I bought the chair for that reason. I haven't had the chair long enough to see how it stand the test of time however. Otherwise, so far so good. I spend at minimum 6 hours a day in this chair.As far as the bells and whistles, there aren't many. The seat cushion is not uncomfortable but it's no 24/7 chair either for someone my weight. Overall, it's large enough to sit in comfortably. The seat back is a bit to vertical for me, even at full recline, but for typing at the computer it's OK. The arm height is good for my build, I'm 6' tall with a longer torso but I sit rather forward in the seat with the seat bottom at the forward-most position. The back recline spring is loosened all the way to the stop and it still takes a bunch of force for me to recline the back (most of my weight is higher up on my body), but then it just pushes me forward.The chair is sturdy however, and it rolls fairly easy across my carpet. I've never felt out of balance on it; can't recline far enough anyway. It turns out it's not as good for watching my wall mounted TV as I had hoped for that reason but it does it's job of keeping me off the floor.

Easy to assemble, comfortable, not bulky, seat adjusts forward and backward, up and down and the lumbar support can be positioned where you need it. One day in and I can't figure out why I didn't buy sooner.

The chair is just okay for the price - have found better chairs for a similar price on sale at Office Depot. Doesn't help that the plastic underside of the chair was cracked and had a plastic chunk missing upon delivery. Also, the arms aren't 360, just up and down and the headrest isn't adjustable (I'm 5'9 and the headrest is almost too short to be usable). Seats is comfy and mesh back is only plus.
