Not good!
Took it everyday as recommended with food and water, and saw 0 results. I don't know if the other reviewers did something different than I did, but nothing positive happened.The only thing I will say that happened was I got VERY bloated from this pill, as in so much that it made me gain weight, so I instantly stopped taking it.
