If you are looking for a great product that gives value and you get a real boost from, this is it. It has a lot of things going for it, in my opinion.1. Taste is pretty good. Even though its a capsule and you swallow it, there's always that aftertaste in one's mouth. This one does leave an after taste, but not a bad one at all.2. Size is easy to swallow. Nothing sucks than to try and wrestle a pill or capsule down your throat. No issue here.3. Results. This, if taken as described on the bottle, definitely gives a boost of energy that lasts for several hours.4. Price. There are tons of B12 products on the market. Some are super cheap, with no results. This one has a good balance between price point and value(results).Try it, it would be money well spent!

Always read the labels and do your homework. My husband take them and I think they have made a difference. I highly recommend this company’s products.
