great for many filters
I use these to create my own filters for my cat water fountains. These will last forever, and they are easy to break down for smaller filters. Add some filter charcoal and you're good (much better than the ridiculous filters sold to fit most fountains).

Nice media- PLENTY of surface room for bacteria
These are great. They are ceramic, but almost like a hard foam so they've got lots of surface area for beneficial bacteria to grow on. Great for filters, and sumps.I keep some handy so they're already loaded with bacteria in case I need to get a tank up and running FAST, like for quarantine.40 pieces should last me virtually forever!

Es un canutillo algo pequeño pero de excelente calidad , para sump aéreo o pequeños es muy recomendable pero para sumps de gran tamaño no recomiendo este ... Aún así la calidad es genial extra poroso
