Good Product, Good Price, Can Make Interesting Use of Veggies
I have a tip below, but first...I bought this spiralizer to get creative with veggies. So far, the product works well. I tried all three blades with a cucumber. All three sliced very well. There are two handles; one to turn the veggie and the second one to push the slide forward so the veggie makes solid contact with blade. There are 4 suction cups that hold this down as you process the food. Two blade trays fit neatly in the side of the spiralizer while the third is in position for use. At first, I was having trouble getting the trays out of the side, but then I figured out what was going on. Each tray has a small plastic piece on the bottom that rests in a notch while stored in the side of the spiralizer. This features prevents the trays from falling out. To release: when you grab the tray to pull out, gently press down before pulling out. Pressing down will release the tray from the notch and allow you to remove the tray easily.

It took two people to stabilize it so it would work properly. If not, it would come apart or the vegetable would fall out

do not recommend.
Update: Feb 2018 - rating downgraded. After little more than 3 month's use... Only thing that's lasted is the sharpness of the blades. The handle is bent and impossible to rotate. the spikes no longer grip The vegetable. The suction cups no longer hold the spiralizer To the counter. It slides all over The countertop. I do not recommend this product.original review with 3 stars: Although a little clumsy to use, it does a good job spiralizing. Comes apart for cleaning, but the base can be tricky to clean.

Very sharp blade, fast spiralizing, and easy to clean
I have a couple of spiralizers besides this one, and tend to compare product ease-of-use and results. This spiralizer includes 3 blades that produce very thin spirals. Personally, I prefer spiral cuts that are a little thicker, but I don't fault this spiralizer for that. There are two noodle type blades that one would be good for making zucchini noodles. The smaller one makes much smaller noodles. So, I'm not sure what this one would be good for. The blades are very sharp, and spiralize most veggies very easily. I can spiralize 3 zucchini in less than 5 minutes. I haven't tried cabbage yet, but this unit would be great for making cole slaw. So far, I have spiralized radishes (large ones), cucumber, and zucchini. The only problem that I had was that the back suction cups would not hold to the counter. I tried it on a different area of the counter, and it worked fine.I do like that there is storage in the unit for blades, and that it is very easy to clean. I have used this spiralizer primarily to cut veggies for salad, and it has worked pretty well. Really, the only complaint that I have is that the spiralized veggies are too thin for my tastes. This is not at all a fault of this spiralizer - just my personal tastes.

Fast, Easy to Use - Made Cucumber Noodles in a Minute!
Absolutely love this product. It comes assembled, so only after a few minutes of fumbling around, I was able to figure out how to use it - it's actually incredibly simple. Essentially you just need to clamp/punch the fruit or vegetable into both ends (one on the blade side and one on the turning handle side), and then start turning the handle. I used a cucumber (as shown in the pics below), and you can see how perfect the noodles come out. After you have the noodles, turn them into anything you want; in the picture below, I made a quick cucumber stir-fry in minutes. I'm super excited to make more items with the Spiralizer - not only is it much healthier than using noodles, it is also so much faster! I also have to mention that the storage and switching out of blades (as shown below) is very convenient and easy. There is also the neat feature of the suction cups to the counter! I tried to show both features below.

Good But Not The Spiralizer of Your Dreams
I received a discount on this item as a 'top reviewer' on Amazon. It came promptly and it looks very attractive. I have a professional stainless steel kitchen work station and the suction cups gripped right away and held firmly throughout my entire testing session. All blades were sharp out of the package. Clean-up was easy if one has a spray attachment at a sink. Plastics were pleasantly soft-touch.So...why three stars? One reason: no instructions on use and usage is not all that intuitive for using anything but the basic slicing blade. I have yet to figure out how the spiralizing-shaping blades work in conjunction with their partnered straight slicing blades. The handle must be cranked clockwise, so it is not a matter of turning one way for one thing and another way for another. I tried a potato and an onion, hoping for pasta-like spirals. The potato worked very well: it is the 'poster child' for this device. Anyone wanting spirals to deep-fry will LOVE this. Next up: onion, a total bust with any blade combination. This review also benefited mightily from a video review by another customer. Meredith Bennie, (I gave her review a BIG thumbs up!) She struggled with a wobbly carrot with nothing but frustration to show for her efforts. Apples worked very well if you wanted flat spiraling slices. As with many of these spiralizers, this produces a core of waste and doesn't process to the end of the product. That loses points with me! Also, I feel this design is a 'look alike' version of something that is far better: there is a non-functional lever that must be flipped to clear the handle for turning..it was not immediately apparent to me that this lever was to push the food into the blades.

Works As It Should!
Received fast, not in outside box but in excellent new condition. No instructions but took me 3-4 minutes to figure out how to use the 3 blades. Good suction and doesn't move while cranking it. So easy, so effortless at a very good price. Easy to rinse off! I went to YouTube and found an easy recipe for my zucchini noodles ! I love it!
