Yo-Zuri SuperBraid Dark Green 150 Yards Superbraid Fishing Line

Got this as a recommendation from fishing pro as an economic braided option. I found it to be strong and great for casting. Would recommend.

This is my favorite braid fishing line. I am an avid fisherman in the midwest and have used many different lines around this price point but this is my favorite. I use it on a spinning rod setup and it seems to get minimal line twist and is very strong. Whatever poundage its rated at, it will most likely hold even more. I also like the white if it is in stock.

Very high-quality braided line. Not cheap, but not excessively expensive. I'll be purchasing a few more in other line tests. Tiny spool (150 yard) takes up very little space.

My "Go-To" line is P-P V2. I got this to try as it is a bit lower in price. It works well and is slick enough to compare with PP V2. It does "Dig" worse than the PP. Don't get me wrong it's great line but does dig. I use 50 Lb. on my Baitcasters so it is not too thin. I may try 65 lb but 65 in PP is too large diameter for the low-profile reels. Round reels are capable of larger line so 65 lb. works good on them.

Great line tough

My first experience with Yo Zuri was a lure . It's a great lure . My second experience with this company was their hybrid line for its super inexpensive price after it being recommended by a fellow angler whose opinion I really trust . He was exactly right . The Hybrid line is a best of both worlds good thing .This is my 3rd time buying their braided line . I bought my 1st roll of their braid at D..ks sporting goods and I'm truly sold on it now .If you're used to Po..r P.. you know there's a break in with it . This has a similar need to reach its peak but a whole lot less casts before it has broken in .It isn't fade free but fades a lot less than others .I haven't had a knot snap or break since I started using this brand. Others I use the knot will break before the lure in most cases . This stuff at 15&20 pound broke the lure off before the knot snapped when I snagged a tree and an underwater log .It's a little noisy at first but once it breaks in (under 50 casts in water ) it's quiet enough where any noise will be coming from the reel or rod and not the line .Buy it the 1st time for the price . Buy it the second time , or more , because of the value.

Great line, terrible spool. I use a line spooler especially with spinning reel. The line spool should be solid and not break.

This is a premium line.I think when you get up there with superbraid, power-pro v2, berkeley 832, etc, you really can't go wrong with any of them.Re-spool fresh line every season. Pick a colour you like. Use a high-quality flouro leader (I go for 125% of the breaking strength of the main braid), tie good knots, and you'll seldom (if ever) lose a fish to line failure.I go for lake trout and might only see one or two bites per day, and fish sizes vary wildly. These days for me it's two bites = two fish. Can't ask for more than that!
