Good quality! Bought it because it’s design looks simple and professional. I ordered two different yoga massage ball sets from different brands to compare, and I decided to save this set. The massage balls’ size and materials are perfect! The set includes three yoga massage balls of different sizes. The largest one is my favorite. It's larger than the balls that I got from other brands, and the size is perfect for me to control when I lay down on it to massage my shoulders and back. Also, the materials they used are spring and strength, and it doesn't have a strong plastic smell ( this is very important for me.) It feels perfect, not too soft and not too hard. Laying down on it is comfortable, and it’s not too painful but also get enough support to release the muscle pressure.

Economic purchase with three massage balls in one set. The small one is pretty standard. The large one is the bonus in this set, as it works very well for things like glute or deep trigger point massage. I use this product at home often.

I was given a single exercise by a physical therapist and bought these for that purpose. I hoped they would be useful for other muscle groups but no luck as there is no literature included to assist the user.

The balls are made of a smooth slippery material. I have a smaller ball from a different manufacturer that has a more grippy feel. Bought these for the larger ball. Maybe in time they will change
