This product was recommended to me by an Ayurvedic practitioner, to help get lymph moving and ease my chronic hives. I've been taking it regularly for about 2 months now and my hives are now almost gone. I've also been taking black seed oil to help with the inflammation, and I use dry brushing and try to exercise a bit each day to get the lymph moving in order to flush out toxins. Manjistha is a great bowel cleanse, and very gentle. It does make your poop very red though, so don't be alarmed - this is normal. I was taking 2 caps after every meal when my condition was at it's worst. Now I take 2 caps once per day only. I've just ordered my second bottle.

I found the name of this nutrient online searching for help with my digestion and stomach problems that started occurring now that I'm deep into perimenopause. this did seem to help me I believe...I need to try it again as I ran out a while ago and if it seems to make me feel better I will then confirm what I think and that is that it definitely was helping me with detoxification.

I purchased this product after researching herbal alternatives for allergy relief. After reading that even small amounts of rubia cordifolia lower IgE & can even stop anaphylaxis, I decided to give it a try. The first time I took it I was having a severe reaction to mold. Within minutes of taking 3 pills all of my symptoms disappeared. Amazing & no side effects. This product seems to work best on an empty stomach. I highly recommend it.

I took this to clear out my lymphatic system because I was having some unusual swelling in my hands, feet and ankles. I took 2 caps in the morning and 1 in the evening (as recommended on the label) and I didn't notice a significant difference in the swelling after finishing the entire bottle. It did give me a little bit of an energy boost though so 3 stars for that. However I would not recommend this to reduce swelling, water retention or to support your lymphatic system.

First time I took it was before bed. I woke up in a puddle of sweat. This slowly decreased over the next few weeks but I still sweat a lot. I like it, I feel like I’m cleaning up the junk

A friend recommended the Manjistha to me to help me sleep better. I had never heard of it. It has been a good sleep aid for me. It does not have any side affects and i think it helps me sleep. i take 2 to 3 pills every night.

I have lymphodema of the face, causing my eyelids to swell with lymph and huge bags to puff up under my eyes. My left eye was swollen shut so I researched manjistha and found several brands on Amazon. I tried another brand and within 30 days the swelling had reduced dramatically. Then I tried this brand by Vadik Herbs because it is offered as a Prime item with 2 day shipping. Sadly, after a month's use, the swelling has returned. This brand did not work near as well as the other one by Life Spa. The label on the bottle also makes me question the quality of this supplement because all of the ink has rubbed off except for the VADIK HERB brand name. I've never had that happen with any supplement before, so I wonder where exactly the manufacturing is being done.
