This product is easy to assemble. It’s pretty heavy to move to the spot you want it, but once it’s there, it’s very easy to pull down and stow up. I had issues with fed ex delivering but my neighbors were having the same issues with fed ex. I reached out to the company and they were willing to resend the product if I didn’t receive it by a certain date. The company has excellent customer service.When using the treadmill, it is very easy to use which I love. The only issue was that my foot hit the back cover over the bottom of it and pieces fell off causing it to come loose. I’m sure that’s not covered in the warranty but the product still works and I have no issues with it as the actual treadmill itself didn’t break.I recommend this product.

I made the mistake of not realizing the "Plus" version could not fold while being used. Nothing wrong with the product, which was of good quality. Customer service was great in offering me a solution. I would buy from this brand again and recommend to anyone looking to buy home workout equipment.

If your looking to buy a piece of junk that does not have any space saving ability..then you can have mine! Screw holes don’t line up… my handyman couldn’t even make it work! Amazon customer service did not support my return! Wanted me to pay full shipping price and lug it to USPS. I had to call customer service 3x to get a response. Each time, they acted as if this was a new complaint. The manufacturer was MIA!So disappointed in Amazon and this treadmill!

This review is long overdue (also note I never write reviews)! I literally use this treadmill every single day and get SO many more steps working from home. The price was good and the treadmill was very easy to put together. I bought this back in April and it stopped working randomly in June. When I reached out, Customer Service was great and quick to respond - I sent a video of the treadmill/what was happening and they replaced it immediately! Highly recommend this treadmill for getting in your steps!
