I've a fair few chargers, ranging from cheap to expensive. Paying more doesn't always mean quality though, so when you find a product that works and is a reasonable price, I don't mind buying them again (as with these).These are well put together and feel quite solid. I did have a bit of trouble inserting them into sockets the first time, as the plastic earth pin wasn't working as well as a metal one. Being double insulated these don't really need an earth. After a couple of insertions they worked fine though.Power output is certainly as claimed, charging devices as quick as expected. Using a USB current dongle I can see they are capable of supplying the full 3.4A (although the devices regulate the current required, so it does vary). At no time did they get warm when working at full load, so I've a confidence in them to leave them plugged in unattended.
