It is worth reading repeatedly.
This book covers the important things about public relationships. There are so many things in this book that I enjoyed and have put into practice. You will just have to read it for yourself. Maybe what you get out of it will be somewhat different than what I received. I have read it many times. In fact I bought this recent book for a friend and then read the book again so that I could follow what she was reading. My friend really appreciated the book as well. Thank you, John Miller for writing this book.

i have to change, i can only change me
I am a Vietnam Veteran diagnosed with PTSD in 1985 and then again in 2002. I attend weekly therapy groups with Veterans of all wars and I am a member of book group. I have realized PTSD is just a hurtful label and I try to distance myself from it.My wife received the book QBQ in 2013 at work, I briefly looked at it and didn’t think it would be a book that could help me develop my skills or be a tool to help me with this PTSD. However, I was wrong. In 2014 I found QBQ again and curiously I decided to read it more in depth, which took me about 2 hours. I have read QBQ many times since 2014 and it has made a big impact on my learning to live with this PTSD. I purchased QBQ audio book and listened to it more times than I can remember, with my twist on it from a corporate world to coping with this PTSD. I hope Mr. Miller doesn’t mind.We read QBQ in group and realized we were victims because we asked the incorrect questions or IQ’s. It was just as the Mr. Miller says we had to stop with all the IQ’s. We had to stop ‘WHY ME’ (victim) and add or ask more ‘HOW CAN I’ (empowering). Dr. D asked Mr. Miller if he would be able to help Veterans understand QBQ more and he took time from his busy schedule and answered our questions on a call. WOW.IT WAS MY PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY not the Veterans Administration (VA), Dr. D and staff. They showed and told me what to do but I realized I had to do the hard work. Which I continue to do and practice, practice, practice. The QBQ showed me “I had to change me and HOW I think”. I often think about this and bring it up in other groups.Thank you Mr. Miller for all you have done for us veterans.Ivan s.USMC 1966-69
