Beautiful calendar. Lots of fun. High quality. Docking stars because the date pages are too dark to write on with a black or blue pen. Illegible. Impractical for planning purposes. Great for imagination.

Really pretty artwork, but as many others pointed out, the calendar pages themselves are much too dark to write on. The screenshots they provided look much lighter I feel than in real life. The colors are very dark on certain months. It makes it pretty impractical to write info on in half the months. I won't be ordering it next year for this reason if it comes out again. Some of font colors they chose are illegible too, on some months. Great art, bad implementation.

Wonderful scenes of most obscure and interesting places in the world. Each month I look forward to the next scene to unfold. A high level of photography and text makes the calendar a keepsake. I will save the calendar to rediscover over and over the magical wondrous places, it depicts.

Great images, nice change of color and font each month. It's a little weird that the layout of the calendar changes every month, but it's fine. If you're planning on writing anything on it you should pick up a gold sharpie or something similar that writes on dark paper becauseotherwise you'll never see your appointments.

My granddaughter asked for Atlas Obscura for Christmas. I added this calendar to the gift. WoW! Should have gotten one for myself! It was a great compliment to the book.

I have gotten a lot of compliments on this from people in my office.

Cool pictures, but poor layout. Dark background make it impossible to write on half of the month, which negates using it for planning. And the boxes to write in are tiny

Love this calendar. I get so many compliments on it from people who drop by my office. Really interesting facts, and the illustrations are beautiful. It even inspired me to do research on some of the places featured (added a few to my travel list). I will definitely buy again next year.
