quality of fabrication
I like the way it looks, and it worked well 1 time, however the head and line arm was poorly constructed,1- I had to sand blast the line arm/neck to get all the slag and debris left from fabrication out.2- was difficult to get pot clean enough to use, heavy green residue left inside out.3- after 1 use was taking it apart and it completely came apart, the line arm came off it was barely tinned to head and it leaked, and the tinned on thermometer came off.4- it is some kind of mixed alloy/not pure copper because I cat get it to solder back together.5- the condenser coil that came with it isn't big enough to cool the vapor properly, it worked just not good.SO NOW I HAVE A 300.00 STILL THAT CANT BE USED!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCTSO NOW I HAVE A 300.00 STILL I CANT USE

Worst product
“Very cheap and poorly made. The gauge was broken when I opened the package, I then requested for a replacement. The replacement I received had a broken condenser now. Pathetic quality. The whole ordeal of returning the packages twice was bothersome. Not worth the headache”

Disappointed in the quality, will be returning
Very Disappointed in the quality. It is not what I expected. Green dirt in the condenser that seems to be toxic and unsafe. The temperature gauge shows a temperature of zero and the needle does not move. Very flimsy and poorly made and has dark spots all over the product. I am going to be returning the product.

Poorly made
There was some weird copper-colored paint around the condenser that was horribly chipped. But the worst part was the swan neck, there was a whole lot of this horrid gunk in it. There was also a leak in the swan neck. I'm returning the Still and I advise you to not buy this.
