Cleanliness needed only internally
As described same specs as ordered but when i checked internally it is good but little dirty and theybused double side tapebto holdbdown the HDD but i put a ssd and it made it very fast my option sell it for additional 100 and add a ssd to make customer happier so far its good thank you again.

Great value for Office and browsing
Wanted an above average mini PC for casual usage and got this one for a really low price (also included a basic wired mouse and keyboard and a WIFI adapter). Very satisfied for what I paid.

Like a box of chocolates
Product delivered not as described. The first picture shows the "sff chassis" version, while the second picture shows the rear panel of the "mini-desktop" version, which is what was actually delivered. This could be Amazon's fault or ITReplay's (NOTE: "ITReplay" is actually Ingram Micro). However, this version of the system should still fill it's requirements, provided it continues to function, and at this price is probably not worth returning.Pros: Price, even smaller chassis than SFF version, came with keyboard and mouse, everything seems to work.Cons: NO 802.11ac WiFi (came with a StarTech 802.11b/g/n USB adapter instead), NO 500GB SSD (came with 500GB HDD instead), poorly packaged for shipping (several keys fell off keyboard), internal dust indicating chassis likely not opened and inspected for damage prior to shipment.
