Servo Buddy 42-1130 FI Light Exhaust Valve Servo SET Eliminator version B for Suzuki

Installed this on a 2013 GSXR-1000 after removing the SET valve controller. After 500 miles and a track day and I would say 40ish starts, this unit works like a charm. My SET valve starting acting up so I removed it and bypassed any codes with this little sucker. I still commute on a chilly November and this has not had any issues due to the cold. It fits into the slot designated for the SET motor assembly quite nicely and installation could not have been simpler. I highly recommend if you want to get a full exhaust or simply want to get rid of the stupid SET system.As a side note, the exhaust is definitely louder at idle. You can feel more exhaust so less backpressure, however, I have not felt any adverse effect on the low-end torque of the bike (the set valve is supposed to stay closed to boost low end torque up until 5k or 6k rpm - I forget which). Still pulls like a beast.

This product is a awesome. I changed out the exhaust on my bike and had my fi light come on. So I needed to get that light turned off. The cerci buddy was small and it came with perfect instructions. Easy to follow and simple to install. Solved the problem and worked perfectly.

Installed itself with a littlr bit of electrical tape. No more light on the dash.Worked great for the PCV on my Gsxr-600 mjs / Yoshimura trc exhaust setup. Removed pair valve cables and let springs hold butterfly valve open.The best solution for new gixxers.

Worked great. Thank you. The piece came as promised and works flawlessly. Anyone doing a modification to the 2012 and up Gsx-R will need this part to inhibit the F1 light. It allows the removal of the stock exhaust with a lighter better performing system that improves fuel economy and increases power. The whole stock system is for emissions only and chokes the engine from breathing properly. The servo buddy allows the exhaust too be modified. The ecm will need to be remapped too compensate for factory lean settings. A power commander V works great in this case.

Item was shipped and arrived as specified but did not match what was shown on the picture. The servo buddy that arrived had two electrical connections while my bike has only one.

2012 GSXR 750. Easy to install, and no FI light. Arrived 3 days early. Simply awesome !!

Easy to install, must have to run an aftermarket full system or if you just want to remove the pointless SET exhaust valve. Even on a fully stock exhaust, removing the SET cables and servo lets the valve in the exhaust stay fully open and gives a deeper nicer tone to the exhaust.

The original exhaust servo bypass bracket I installed was starting to stick and give me the dreaded f1 error after 5 years. I installed this and it’s wokring great now back to normal no f1 light
