This came so tightly packed I thought I'd never get it out took over a good 10 mins to get through packaging anyway the rug was smaller than I thought it would be and I would send it back if it wasn't for having to get it back in packaging. it is very soft and the grey colour is nice but not worth the money I paid I managed to put it by my settee.
