Easy to use and helpful info!
This monitor is super easy to use. I appreciated that it came to me fully charged and ready to go. The QR codes in the user manual to download the app and to learn how to use the advice are convenient and make the process to start using it super smooth. The manual also gives a description of what the diagnostic result possibilities are, saving you time from having to search online. I had brought up concerns of an abnormal heartbeat with a provider and was only told to monitor my heart rate and go to the ER if my bpm reached a certain threshold or if I passed out. I have high hopes that I will be able to find a better solution to my concerns because of the data this device is providing me.Customer service has also been top notch. Great company and product all around.

Can be tricky to use. but works well.
I had no problems at all downloading and installing the app for both Android and Windows 10. Pairing with my phone was quick and easy. The same was true with my Windows 10 laptop but I spent several minutes trying to get the software to work before it became obvious that while the Blue Tooth pairing works fine, the PC software only recognizes the device when connected through a USB port. The software is very basic but it works well enough so just don't overthink it.I now have 3 different personal ECG devices so I'm well aware of their quirkiness. This one is no different. If your initial results are disappointing or worse, scary, don't panic if you are otherwise feeling fine. Make sure you have good skin contact and keep still. My issue is always dry skin and poor contact so I put lotion on the contact areas before attempting a reading. You can always use saline, ECG gel or just lick your palms or fingers, etc. Poor and/or intermittent contact can produce a reading so noisy or full of "artifacts" that the device's firmware reports a condition that does not exist. Pressing harder does not help. Practice makes perfect.

Good device for self-monitoring
I purchased the EMAY Portable ECG Monitor (green version) in order to monitor my recently diagnosed atrial flutter. I decided that I wanted a clearer understanding of my heart rhythms on a daily basis since I don't experience noticeable symptoms of paroxysm or palpitation. I feel that it helps me take charge of my condition instead of relying solely on the occasional ECGs I get from doctor visits. The ability to create PDFs and charts through the downloadable EMAY app is great for providing useful information to my doctor. By keeping a journal of the results I can try to determine when atrial flutter occurs and whether or not certain behaviors might trigger it, e.g., exercise or consuming alcohol or caffeine. The device arrived in two days (I'm an Amazon Prime member), and comes well packaged. The build quality seems to be excellent and the accompanying manual is well written, easy to read, and provides all the necessary information.I believe the money is well spent and I think my doc will be pleased with the additional information the EMAY provides.

The relief the EKG device provides. Nick from EMAY may contact to see if everything was good.
Wouldnt call it a like more of a LOVE. It is very simple to set up. If there is a concern it lets you know . Great tool you can send the entire strip to your doctor in real time. You dont have to suffer and wait for appointments. If theres a issue your doctor can get you assistance then not a few days later. I'm not a doctor but it seems it can save time and money. Cut down on ER visits that turn out to be nothing just to be told get ahold of your doctor if what ever the feeling you where having at the time contuines. Seems things are gone by the time you get to the ER they sign you in then when a doctor finally gets to you. Things are busy this helps cut down on worry and cost. Once again Thanks. Larry

The monitor and software is Very Easy to use.
The EMAY monitor is very easy to use. The iPhone software and Mac software is equally easy to setup and use. I bought this recently due to having two stints inserted and the Cardiologist wanted me to monitor my heart. This unit has a nice size screen and does not require the phone or computer to tell you how your heart is doing. Very Happy with it.

Provides great peace of mind
My wife recently had heart problems and if we would have had the Emay we would have been to the ER much quicker. Her other health problems were masking her cardiac symptoms but this machine would have let us know what was really going on. It is easy to use and seems to work great. I would highly recommend it.

The Emay ECG brings relief
I just received my new Emay monitor and I am very pleased. I was just diagnosed with a temporary heart condition. Nevertheless I wanted to monitor the situation. I spoke with an acquaintance who has been using an Emay model since 2018. He has been satisfied. Amazon delivered it the next day.I agree the unit is easy to use. I have been preparing and printing reports from both my computer and iPhone,This monitor does not replace a professional ecg, but it will "monitor" and suggest the presence of certain conditions. That is what I expected. The unit is well worth the cost.
