It came scratch in the middle appearing as a preowned item. I had to return them adding unnecessary gustle and cost due to extra bank charges for a refund on the credit card. I fact the bank charges exceed the value of the item....

Great quality material and design, was very happy with them out of the box. But then I put a plate on and it doesn't sit flat at all! Just wobbles and spins, so the non slip is essentially useless. Glasses would fall instantly. They've obviously been left out in the heat and the plastic has bowed upwards from the centre, they're convex. Will have to return as trays need to be flat...

For restaurant use

Items are good. Non slippery as it says.
