I restrung my classical with these strings and they sound amazing. It reduces the amount of noise your hand makes moving across strings. They feel amazing also. It's hard for me to pick up my other classical because I want the tone from these strings. Remember this is a half set. You need to get the higher three strings.

These D'Addario light tension strings SNL-3B strings are ideal for my Alvarez guitar. Their light tension provides a long sustain bass responds and when matched with the other treble half set BNH-3T.. black nylon high tension strings.. They make for an heard match for my guitar... A bonus I usually need to replace my complete set of strings because my bass string get dirty and die .. Now I just replace my bass set.. a savings..

Quality: I have relied on these for a bright and clear sound for a very long time.Value: They are just a little pricey, I think. Not much cheaper than a set of 6 strings. But at least you are not throwing away 3 unused strings.Integrity: these strings last quite a while. When they start losing their volume, it seems to coincide with the finish coming off as well, for me.

I love my old Roca flamenco guitar, which has an old-time rumble and grumble in the sound, but it is rather mellow compared to more modern flamenco guitars. These strings have added some boldness to the sound of this guitar and are definitely keepers (until the next round of strings which will be the same ones)!

Using the strings on a 1974 Tama Classical guitar. Because of the age of the guitar, even though it has a truss rod, I want less stress from the strings, but still maintain a quality sound. These strings do that.

Sealed half sets! Don't waste money on full sets. Treble strings can last a few months, but I get only about two weeks out of the basses. These are the best and will order these from now on. Five stars!

These extra hard three bass strings added quality to my Spanish* guitar overall, not only to the bass. My guitar has gained a brightness it previously lacked...must be the harmonics of the bass strings adding to the effects of my carbon fibre trebles.- I suspect those with an already powerful bass to their Spanish* guitar may not be as satisfied as me...suck it and see!* Some call it a 'classical guitar', which I think incorrect and misleading. You can't play much classical music on a guitar. It only has 6 strings
