My son has incredibly bad allergies & what’s worse is he absolutely 100% will NOT take any medicine that is grape flavored.... & this medicine (loratadine- brand name: Claritin) is brutally impossible to find in ANY other flavor!!!So so so happy to find this!! Then I was super elated when my order was shipped to me THREE DAYS SOONER than expected!!! That’s huge! Especially when you’re dealing with a very miserable snotty nosed, allergy-coughing, can’t sleep cause he has snot running down his throat so he’s super-extra cranky 3 year old that literally sneezes non-stop all day!!! So to be greeted by the only medicine that works for him in the ONLY flavor he will tolerate three days sooner than expected..... yeah, I am one very very thankful & happy mom!!!!But on top of all that, I was also greeted by a ha d written thank you note!! ♥️ Well, it’s just not something you’d expect in a world that’s all digital & where we’ve lost a lot of the special little human touches that really make a difference in the way a business especially is perceived.... so I think that is so very nice & meaningful, even if it’s just a thank you for buying something small.... & I guess because this product was something extra important to me, as it has immensely helped my child, that makes me even more grateful.Thank you so much!
