Size chart is basically useless
Dress is ok, the quality is also okayish. I ordered 2-3 and 3-4 both as I needed it a bit urgently. 3-4 was smaller than 2-3. So kept 2-3 and returned 3-4. The bow is grey in color of 2-3 and not purple, but 3-4 has purple bow but it looks very bad. Attached pic of 3-4. You can see it is nowhere close to 3-4 year old.

Okay quality
There is no lining available in frock so it looks very flat. Buy a size bigger then your usual buy. I needed for 6 year old girl with little good health I ordered 8-9 years dress
