Great size, good product and gets pretty hot

I don't know if it is because it is smaller and heats up faster and more consistently, or perhaps it is the wax beads that come with it. But I've been waxing PCOS symptoms for years and never have gotten the results that I have with this waxer. I bought it so I had something more compact when I travel because I cannot go a week without waxing! I have now made this my regular waxer. This little thing is amazing!

I bought this product went away. It never worked and I received no response. I want a refund why I want it replaced. This is poor. Poor customer service.

I use this in the Salon as an add on service... Great for chin, lip waxing. Keeps the wax at a good even temperature... Works as it should. Thank you.

Love the size it heats up fast, however the pink beads did not stick to me or pull my hair, the blue worked fine tho

There are pros and cons to this little wax kit but I think the pros makes it worthy of the five star review...in my opinion at least. Keep in mind I only use for my eyebrows and upper lip area, so small area.Pros:-it did the job perfectly for the price I paid ($18)-the amount of wax included will last me quite a while b/c of the small areas which I am using it for-no need for muslin wax stripsCon:-the warmer is quite cheaply made...but what do you expect for $18?? my previous mini warmer was closer to $30 and it came without any wax or application sticks.I've also had experience with this kind of wax from a different brand (GiGi). I had to replace my old kit b/c Gigi stopped making the wax for it. This warmer doesn't get super hot, just enough to melt the wax. Don't be fooled, the wax doesn't get super runny and I think they may have done it this way so that the customer does not burn themselves. For the first time user it can get quite messy but just keep practicing and when you run out of the popsicle sticks the dollar tree and Walmart sells them for super cheap at the craft section....avoid Sallys they are a rip off.

Does not get hot enough. It shuts down by itself so you have to wait a few minutes to get warm again.I waited too long to use it, so I cannot return it.

I wanted this product to use as a travel kit. I have used it for honey wax, instead of the hard wax beads that it comes with. The temperature is perfect, doesn't get overall hot. It is very easy to keep clean as there is no gap between the plastic and metal wax pot on the top. The lid fits perfectly and the handle makes it easy to move around. Love it!
