Rubies Adult Forum Scarecrow Costume Hat

Bought this for my son’ Halloween costume, he’s a small 6yo. The hat is a lil big so I have to tilt it towards the back so he can see properly. Looks great and goes well with the outfit I picked out.

Delivery was on time. Hat was exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy but yet soft.

There is no flexible wire brim and some of the cloth fringe is missing from the top.Fits my head okay and I have a smaller head circumference.But it is very tall and the brim is huge.

Way too small for age 14, more like for a 6yrs old. Did not return due to the high restocking fee and return shipping. Would not recommend for any age above 6yrs even though picture of an adult wearing it. Very disappointed.
