One college bound kid I gave this to was excited about using it to transpose diagrams etc into his notebook.The other young adult was not impressed that color images could not be printed

I mainly use these refills to send out shipping mailers from eBay and Mercari purchases. I like how long they last and how convenient it is to order refills. I love my Phomemo M4 so I will continue to purchase from this company.

If you're printing lists or stickers figures, this is great. If you want to print actual pictures, they'll definitely be fuzzy. But it was super simple to set up and use. I did keep it because it's a cute and fun project for the kids.

So I bought this purely for the purpose of journaling where I can type my journal entries and print them instead of handwriting all my entries. Aesthetically, this printer is cute and compact. But I was hesitant to purchase a thermal printer for the sake of longevity as I want to be able to go back and read my past entries in the future. I got the clear sticker roll but also have experienced the white labels as well. Both result in the same quality text print with no difference.The instructions are easy to follow in terms of installation but the button to release the paper roll was hard to use and the app was a little suspicious. Basically everything you upload will be on their servers, so don't use this for passport or ID photos. You also can't link it directly to your device and MUST use their app to print. i could not go to my Google Doc and print as is.It was frustrating because I would use their text option but no matter what font I used, all letters printed absurdly big. And don't even think about using apostrophes in their text app because it will leave your words with a huge awkward space after every apostrophe, making the words look weird because their fonts are NOT apostrophe friendly. The first time I used their text option in their app, the entry ended up taking up the entire roll of paper - a complete waste. On my second attempt I screenshot my journal entry and uploaded it was an image to print, which resulted in a grainy, barely legible print. The words can be read if you squint and have good vision. In addition, the thermal roll have a crease on one side, which meant some areas would get stuck and I would have to physically tug the paper as it rolled out, resulting in some lines of text that were misprinted or completely absent.In addition, the printer is fairly noisy and refilling the rolls on the printer was not easy as it immediately unravelled when I first replaced it, resulting in more creases and a good fifteen minutes of me re-rolling the paper onto the printer rack.I would not recommend it.

I ordered the white rolls with width size 77mm. The width of the whole roll is 80mm while the actual sticker roll width is 77mm. This roll fits and works with my Phomemo M220 thermal printer. I just had to remove the roll holder/spool in the printer.This set comes with 3 continuous thermal paper rolls. The paper is matte, not glossy. It’s a good thickness. Print quality is normal and looks good. The adhesive also works well. These are good for making thermal label stickers.
