Lost the last one at airport and have been looking for another for a long time. Get 1 size bigger. I have other knee braces that are small and I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. This has excellent support and is my favorite.

Twisted my knee and needed compression and support while playing tennis. This has worked great. Comfortable, good quality. Why pay more?

I used the measurements supplied in the advertisements for sizing. When mine arrived it was so tight I felt that a mistake had to have been made. However I am right in the middle of the suggested sizing for my brace. I decided to keep it despite how tight it was. After a few days of wear it had lossened enough to be more or less comfortable to wear and now a few months in its great. Though it was tight and unpleasant to wear at first, my knee has not given me any trouble since buying it. I have had other braces and while more comfortable to wear I still suffered pain. With this brace I have been working outdoors all season and had no real issues. I would buy again.

I'm a 5'3" woman with arthritis but I do pretty much all of the landscaping/yard work and love it! Ordered the Medium size knee brace (I'm 14P if that helps) and it fits securely. Most importantly, I tried it on today as my knees don't always hurt, just in rainy weather or if I've exerted myself for several hours the day before. Yesterday I push mowed, weed whacked and used the leafblower on our 1.68 acre hilly lot (we live in the mountains and have lots of hills/deeply sloped embankments). Also used the shovel and steel rake a bit to transplant some Peonies and remove straw mulch etc. It was about 4 hours of nonstop activity and my knees did hurt a bit this morning. Normally, I just take an Aleve and suck it up and walk it off. It's great to be able to relieve pain naturally, much prefer this brace method. As a bonus, the brace's side stabilizers make it safer and a whole lot more fun to walk our 2 Coonhounds (about 140 lbs. between em) through the extremely hilly/uneven terrain of the forest, especially after an especially productive gardening day. Ordered a 2nd brace today so that both knees are equally supported. Why did I wait so long to use it?!? Highly recommend. I won't let arthritis keep me from staying active! Products like this help me keep doing what I love to do and without having to take Aleve. Awesome!!

I went by the sizing chart, and also other's reviews saying good fit, but you may have to go down, or UP a size.The sizing chart took me to M, for medium but it's a wee little big too tight. I'm going to size UP one to "L" and see how that works. I kept in on, all afternoon anyway, (it being a bit tight) and I can say, my knee was pain free by the end of the day after weeks of discomfort. I am hoping the "L" will work because this is a very, very high quality product. If not, I'll have a nice collection of them ? (LOL)Really love it ... it screams 'HIGH QUALITY' !!!

I wish the sizing was better. I'm 5'5'' and 145lbs, my knee measures 14" at the kneecap, 12.5" right below, and 14" at the widest on my calf and the medium is uncomfortably tight, especially around the bottom edge.

I had fallen and hurt my knee. Wearing this brace took some of the pressure off. I would recommend it to anyone who has an achy knee. It helps! It gives me a lot of support.

I've suffered from knee problems for years and have never found just the right brace to provide support and mobility to be comfortable during workouts. Problem solved! ACE is a excellent brand for my braces, and after skeptically trying out one brace for a week, i ordered another and have not looked back! I have recommended this product to several of my friends who suffer from knee problems as well.The sizing is a little weird, I'm a fairly tall person and I ordered a med brace, and though its snug, it works wonders. TIP: don't leave it on longer than you need it. After working out and cooling down, take it off.I'm very happy with this purchase!

Excellent product fits.... neatly and supports the knee comfortably ..... It took a little longer to arrive as came from USA but was advised this would be so .... Would buy the product and deal with the company again without hesitation
