I bought 2, so I'll review both at once since I don't know if I get to review twice since it was in the same order. Neither pillow has had the cover removed yet so I've no idea how easy that is to remove and replace after washing. Both reeked, but in the way memory foam stuff does, and it did stop stinking completely... finally.1st pillow: I use it, I love it. I give it 5 stars and since I'm the one writing the review, that's the rating it gets lol! My neck hasn't been hurting anymore when I wake up. My old pillow was super flat, regular bed pillow, the sort that when you do the "is it broken, bend it in half... does it stay folded?" yeah it stayed folded. But I like that pillow. I still use it too sometimes, but this one took a couple nights to adjust to because it has one way or turn it 180 then try that edge and I had to figure out which edge I liked better. The pillow case is already on it.If you have long hair or curly hair (or both) I recommend putting the pillow into a satin pillow case. The texture of the cover of this thing jacks my hair up so bad no matter what I do, braiding my hair didn't help in fact that made it worse than leaving my hair down, wearing it in a pony tail was a really bad idea, trying a hat was a horrible idea too.I put a regular satin pillow case on and it's much better for my hair, still no neck pain, pillow works just fine, no more weird tangles to deal with either. The pillow case on it gets a -5 stars but the pillow gets a 5 stars, and if they sold covers in satin I might consider buying a couple of them if they weren't ugly colors lol (light blue, light or hot pink, or ones with cats on them would be amazing in case the company's taking suggestions lol)Pillow 2: His was originally why I was buying one, his old (whatever these type of pillows are called) was gross and he wanted a replacement and this was the only one I could find that fit what he was wanting. Then I got myself one at the same time since I thought it might help my neck/shoulders.He's tried it, doesn't like it. Of course he doesn't. He didn't give it a real try though, so his review doesn't really matter lolI've convinced him to try it again since I know he did not give it a fair shot, he'd give it a low rating on comfort but he also didn't know he was supposed to turn it 180 and try the other edge.He said there was no smell to it after about the 48h mark. I suggested he take a covid test since I thought he'd lost his ability to smell, but no his nose was fine (I am way more sensitive to smells than him, but that pillow still REEKED!) apparently he just wasn't bothered by the stench and didn't smell anything wrong with it (eww). He also has no issue w/ the pillow cover but he hardly has any hair and it's quite short so there's nothing to tangle up.Both pillows continued to reek until a few days ago, I had mine still airing out in another room with good circulation and it finally quit smelling gross.

I took a gamble on this pillow and I'm so glad I did! It's incredibly supportive of the neck, no matter how you lay. I've tried a lot of pillows that claimed you could sleep on your stomach only to cause me horrible neck pain in the morning. Not this bad boy, the arm supports on the sides help with that immensely and the divet in the middle helps your nose NOT feel squished while on your stomach. Side sleeping it's fantastic, I love how it supports my shoulder while still keeping me aligned.Loved this pillow so much I bought a second one for my wife for her migraines, she says it's eased the tension in her neck by leagues compared to her old pillow.

I suffer from neck pain and headaches.Most of my headaches are from tension in my neck and jaw.I also have a small head, and many pillows are too high for my neck.I have been looking for an inexpensive butterfly shaped pillow with a lower cervical indentation.This pillow is great, still slightly high for me, but I know I need to break it in for a few months.It's a very firm pillow, which I am still getting used to.I like the shape, and it's good sized.I am a back and side sleeper, and find it comfortable to sleep on.My only real complaint is that I don't like the cover on it, it's itchy and annoying, so I put a king sized pillow case on it. It is roomy enough so it doesn't deform the shape of the pillow.I have only used this pillow for a week, but it has helped a little with my neck pain.I don't wake up quite as stiff as usual.I hope with time my sleep and pain will improve with this pillow.

Very comfortable. I have 3 level neck fusion, very comfortable. Just wished it fit pillow cases better to protect the foam from loose hairs and allow it to stay clean. Pillow covers in proper shape cost more than the positioned itself.

My neck is awful and it is constantly seizing up. I have had more emergency chiro appointments than I care to count. Our necks have a natural curve and mine has begun to curve the other way. This pillow IS AMAZING. Phenomenal support. Places to put your hands and arms if you’re a side sleeper like me. I’ve had it for a little while and it’s held its shape and firmness perfectly. A girlfriend of mine recommended this pillow and I have begun to as well. I sleep so much better.

Lord gave mercy this drastically changed my life in one night. It hugs my head and neck in the right way and I slept like a baby till my alarm went off. No stiff neck!I do tend to also sleep on either side throughout the night and lay my head on my shoulder to which any pillow I have it doesn't help it much unless there was a shoulder hole. It's okay though 70% of the night I sleep on my back and I'm feeling great with this new pillow! I recommend a satin cloth full to queen size pillow sham to cover it with :)

I absolutely love the pillow, it feels amazing. I had neck pains and poor sleep at night. Since using this pillow, I got better sleep at night and don't feel the neck pain in the morning. It's very comfortable and support the neck well no matter how you lay on my back or side. VERY happy with the purchase! I would definitely recommend this pillow and will but it again.
