Device works as described
I purchased this to be able to make a copy of a key fob when the need arises. I successfully made two functioning key fobs. Instrument works very well!!

Need computer in conjunction to use. NO INSTRUCTIONS NO INFORMATION !!!
99.9 percent of people who buy this won’t be able to access. In addition you wonder if it’s defective. Just no way of knowing.Spent hours on the internet NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Works great.
Used it to copy bathroom/pool tags at the RV park (they want $50 for each additional RFID tag). Copies original and writes the new one in just a couple button presses. Couldn’t get it to hook up with my Wi-Fi—not sure exactly what the Wi-Fi does (the instructions aren’t much). Stand alone for my needs though.

Item works but software is unavailable
The QR codes and urls included in the instructions lead to 404 errors.The instructions to connect to a computer to view as USB doesn't work. None of my computers recognize the device as a USB.I'm unable to contact the seller for support through Amazon so I'll be returning it.It works for cloning unencrypted cards but I can't clone my apartment door fob without the unavailable software.

Works as expected
No problems copying standard cards. I have not needed or tried the PC installation.

Need to learn Chinese
The device itself works but if you want to use the software you need to learn Chinese.

Very easy to use just point and pull way more than I expected very happy with it thank you and especially like the delivering process where you can track your order and they took a picture of the porch even
