It's LIGHT soy sauce, NOT DARK!
Since I started to cook Chinese food, I've been going through this stuff a lot more than I ever have before and I used to add it to English cooking as I love the flavour. Just got round to opening this and disappointed with the viscosity and flavour. This is not dark, this is more like light soy sauce. Tastes way too salty for dark soy sauce.
