The product is good. Like the look and length. Really helps lighten my kids closets. I gave it 5 stars because of the product itself. Now my issue is with the delivery. It arrived in a bag that I'm sure gets tossed around and a piece of the socket was broken. Still works great but disappointed that the products tend to get damaged. This is an issue where I don't know who's at fault.

Got this item to put a bulb in to go into my 12ft skellies sternum so he could light up more at night and it was perfect!! Held up during bad storms and was the perfect length needed to complete this idea!

Needed a living room light and these are perfect. Light so easy to hook across the ceiling and nice long cord. Might look for a shade.

I have purchased these before with no problems. They're pretty straightforward just plug in and hit the switch. My issue with these is that the switch is in the wrong place. The others I have, the switch is closer to the plug, on these, the switch is close (18") to the socket. Which means unless you put them on some sort of timer, you can't 'hang 'em high'! (pun intended). Since I wanted these to be lights near my ceiling, I'll have to switch them out with the others I have to make them truly convenient to use. So if you're using them for table lights or wall sconces, they should be fine. I didn't notice in the description that the switch was close to the socket, that's my mistake. Otherwise, they work fine and are good for the money.

I used it to hang a bug zapper light for flying insects . Worked great. This product is good for many uses

Only draw back is the switch is only a foot or so from the plug. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars.Great for the price.
